Survey Program

How to create a survey program and configure the questionnaire that field staff will complete at retail points.

Access the Feature

Step 1: From the menu, go to Prepare DataSurvey Program

Create a New Program

Step 2: Click Create New Program

Step 3: Fill in the program details:

Field Description
Program Name Name shown in the app
Description Brief summary of the program objective
Start / End Date Active period
Program Type

Configure the Survey Questions

Step 4: In the Questions section, click Add Question

Step 5: Select the question type:

Type Description
Yes/No Binary answer
Single choice Multiple choice, select one answer
Multiple choice Multiple choice, select several answers
Number input Enter a numeric value (quantity, sales...)
Text input Free-text entry
Photo capture Require staff to take a photo

Set Scoring and Weights

Step 6: Set a score for each question (if you need a total evaluation score)

Mark Required Questions

Step 7: Mark questions as Required — staff cannot Check Out without answering them

Save and Activate the Program

Step 8: Click Save to save as draft, or Activate to make the program ready for use

Note

Once activated, the program appears in the selection list when creating a Visit Plan.
