Survey Program¶
How to create a survey program and configure the questionnaire that field staff will complete at retail points.
Access the Feature¶
Step 1: From the menu, go to Prepare Data → Survey Program
Create a New Program¶
Step 2: Click Create New Program
Step 3: Fill in the program details:

Configure the Survey Questions¶
Step 4: In the Questions section, click Add Question
Step 5: Select the question type:

| Yes/No | Binary answer |
| Single choice | Multiple choice, select one answer |
| Multiple choice | Multiple choice, select several answers |
| Number input | Enter a numeric value (quantity, sales...) |
| Text input | Free-text entry |
| Photo capture | Require staff to take a photo |
Set Scoring and Weights¶
Step 6: Set a score for each question (if you need a total evaluation score)
Mark Required Questions¶
Step 7: Mark questions as Required — staff cannot Check Out without answering them
Save and Activate the Program¶
Step 8: Click Save to save as draft, or Activate to make the program ready for use
Note
Once activated, the program appears in the selection list when creating a Visit Plan.
