Delete In-Progress Data¶
How to delete the data from an in-progress visit when you need to start over from scratch.
Important
This action permanently deletes all survey data entered for the current visit. It cannot be undone.
When Should You Delete Data?¶
- You accidentally checked in at the wrong store
- Data is corrupted and needs to be re-entered
- Your admin asked you to redo the visit
Access the Feature¶
Step 1: While in the active Survey screen, tap Menu → Delete Data
Confirm Deletion¶
Step 2: Read the warning carefully → Tap Confirm Delete
Result¶
The visit resets to Not Started and you can Check In again from the beginning.
Tip
Contact your Supervisor or admin before deleting data for guidance.
