Quality Control

Configure the quality control (QC) process for execution data — review, approve, or reject results submitted by field staff.

Access

Go to Settings → Quality Control

Configure the Approval Workflow

Set whether execution data requires approval before it counts in reports: - Auto-approve: data is accepted immediately when staff check out - Manual approval: a Supervisor/Admin must review and approve each record

QC Notifications

Save Changes

Click Save to apply the configuration.
