View all completed store visits with full details and survey results.
Access¶
Go to Reports → Execution List
View the List¶
Each record shows:
| Info | Description |

| Date/Time | Check-In and Check-Out times |
| Staff | Who performed the visit |
| Store | Store that was visited |
| Program | Survey program name |
| Status | Result (Completed, Closed...) |
| Score | Survey score (if applicable) |
Filters and Search¶
Filter by: date, staff, store, program, status
View Visit Details¶
Click a record to see full details: all survey answers, photos, Check-In/Out GPS, and timing.
Export Data¶
Click Export Excel or Export CSV to download the data.
QC Approval (if applicable)¶
If Quality Control is enabled: review and click Approve or Reject for each record.
