Prepare Data

Before starting a survey program or visit plan, you need to prepare four types of data. The order matters — complete them in sequence.

Sequence

1. Store List   →   2. Staff Accounts   →   3. Survey Program   →   4. Visit Plan

Note

Complete Step 1 and Step 2 before creating a Visit Plan in Step 4, since Visit Plans require both stores and staff to be set up first.
