Check Out¶

How to end a visit and submit data to the system after completing the Survey.

Start Check-Out¶

Step 1: After completing the Survey, tap Check Out

Note

All required Survey questions must be answered before you can Check Out.

Step 2: Select the result status for this visit: - Completed - Store Closed - Not Accessible - (Other statuses configured by your admin)

Step 3 (optional): Add any additional notes about the visit

Step 4: Review the summary (time, questions answered, photos...) → Tap Confirm Check Out

Step 5: The app automatically sends data if connected to the internet

Note

If there's no internet when checking out, data is stored offline and synced automatically when a connection is available.

After a successful Check-Out, the app returns to the Visit Plan list for your next store.
