Check In¶
How to Check In when you arrive at a store to begin a visit.
Select a Visit Plan¶
Step 1: From the home screen, view today's Visit Plan assignments
Step 2: Select the store you're visiting
Arrive at the Store and Start Check-In¶
Step 3: Once at the store, tap Check In
Note
GPS must be enabled and you must be near the store to Check In successfully. The allowed radius is set by your admin.
Confirm GPS Location¶
Step 4: The app verifies your GPS location. If correct, tap Confirm Check In
Take Check-In Photo (if required)¶
Step 5 (if required): Take a photo to confirm your presence at the store
Check-In Successful¶
After a successful Check-In, the app opens the Survey for this visit.
Check-In Errors¶
| Error | Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| GPS too far | Not close enough to the store | Move closer and try again |
| GPS not found | Weak GPS signal | Go outside, wait for GPS to stabilize |
| No GPS for store | Store has no coordinates | Contact your admin |
