Performing a Survey¶

How to complete the survey questionnaire after successfully checking in at a store.

Open the Survey¶

After Check-In, the app automatically opens the Survey linked to the Visit Plan.

Tap Yes or No

Tap the answer you want to select (only one allowed)

Tap multiple answers, then tap Next

Enter a numeric value using the keypad

Type your response in the text field

Step 1: Tap Take Photo

Step 2: Capture the photo as instructed (angle, product, shelf display...)

Step 3: Review and tap Confirm or Retake

Questions marked with * are required — you must answer them before checking out.

If you need to pause, tap Save Draft. Your entered data will be preserved.

After answering all questions, tap Complete to proceed to Check Out.
