Question Types¶

Yes/No Questions¶

Tap Yes or No. Cannot be skipped if marked as required.

Single-Choice Questions¶

Select one answer from the list. You cannot select more than one.

Multiple-Choice Questions¶

Select one or more answers. Tap Next when done.

Number Input Questions¶

Enter an integer or decimal value. May have min/max limits.

Text Input Questions¶

Enter free text. Note any character limit if shown.

Photo Capture Questions¶

Requirements: - Take photos live from the camera (no gallery uploads — depends on settings) - Minimum and maximum photo counts set by your admin - Photos must be clear and properly framed

Required vs Optional Questions¶

Indicator	Meaning
Red * mark	Required — must be answered before Check Out
No * mark	Optional — can be skipped

Check your internet connection before starting a Survey
Photos must be well-lit and in focus
Don't close the app mid-Survey — data may be lost
