App Login¶

How to log in to the Ftrack Mobile app to start your work at stores.

First Time Opening the App¶

Step 1: Download and install the Ftrack app from Google Play or the App Store

Step 2: Open the app

Step 3: Enter your Email and Password provided by your admin

Step 4: Tap Log In

Note

Credentials are issued by the system admin. If you haven't received them, contact your manager.

On your first login, the system may ask you to set a new password. Enter and confirm your new password.

After logging in, you'll see the home screen showing today's Visit Plan assignments.

To log out: tap Menu → Log Out

Note

Avoid logging out during the workday — unsynced data may be lost.
